The Beach house is just a quick 20 minute boat ride from Nassau harbor, to the beautiful Rose Island, where you can spend the day partying at your own private beach paradise! The Beach house is ONLY available for Private Rental.  Take a Virtual Tour of our property and beach house!!

The Beach house is a private beach cove located on the END of Rose Islands FAMOUS 2 Mile beach.  From The beach house elevation you get a fabulous view of uninhabited Green cay and Gilligans Island.  The  Beach house comes fully equipped with cellular service,  bathrooms, outdoor showers, water toys and outdoor cooking facility.  The Beach house can be rented for Half and Full Day options.  If transportation is required then you can BOOK THE BEACH HOUSE with our preferred Vendor ISLAND KING CHARTERS

When you rent The Beach House it comes set up and ready with Paddle boards, Kayaks, Beach Chairs, Hammocks, and Umbrellas. 

Arrangements can be made for additional Water Toys and Pricing may vary. 

The Beach House Rental offers Sodas and Water complimentary with your rental.  Gourmet Lunch and Full Bar Options are available.  Please contact our team for details !

Snorkeling Gear is available.  A short 5 minute swim from The Beach House will bring you to our reef filled with fish and new growth coral.  Most adventures out there you see our little green turtle affectionately dubbed SQUIRT.  Sting rays and Spotted Eagle rays often pass the beach.  If you book with ISLAND KING CHARTERS they will organize a special Turtle swim off Green cay on one leg of your Beach Day .... Amazing  Experience!
